1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All products sold on Msoulet.com are digital license keys delivered instantly via email.
Once a digital key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or resold.
2. Refund Eligibility

- The key has not been activated
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase
- You provide valid proof (screenshots or error messages)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
